This is a very nice, high-standard villa situated in a peaceful and quiet area, yet still relatively close to the beach, making it an excellent choice for those looking to relax while having easy access to the sea. The Marina is a bit of a walk from the villa, but golf carts are readily available and generally provide a very convenient and easy way to reach designated spots throughout this thoughtfully designed, artificially created town. The villa itself offers a fantastic swimming pool where you can cool off at any time of day, and the air conditioning is highly efficient, quickly lowering the temperature in every room to ensure maximum comfort. Additionally, the property boasts a small but beautifully maintained front garden, adding to its charm and creating a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy. Overall, this villa is ideal for few days stay, whether for a family, a couple, or a group of friends looking for a combination of comfort, convenience, and tranquility.
Mrs. Alicja or Mr. Witold may not yet be fully aware of all details, so they might wish to discuss a few points with the villa caretaker. These include adhering to agreed check-in times (the previously confirmed time was changed at the last minute by two hours, which required adjustments to our day’s schedule) and ensuring the bedding is neatly prepared, as it was quite wrinkled upon arrival. There were a few ants in the living room, but after taking some measures, they were gone by the next day. Additionally, we were unsure where to find the TV remote and did not receive a response; while watching TV was not a priority, clarification would have been appreciated.

La Villa ha superato le nostre aspettative. Grande, ben tenuta, con il parcheggio frontale. Dotata di una cucina equipaggiata e completa, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Un bel soggiorno con Tv e Netflix per chi lo desiderasse, una camera grande e 2 bagni, di cui uno molto grande con doccia mega. Molto pulita, luminosa ed in una zona tranquilla. La vera chicca è il terrazzo esterno con piscina privata adatta per 2/4 persone ed una vista sul fiume ed il ponte che fanno parte di un complesso residenziale molto curato, sicuro e veramente ben tenuto. Si tratta del complesso esclusivo dell'Havana Salalah costituito da diversi hotel di lusso, la nostra struttura era adiacente all'Hotel Rotana del quale, ad un prezzo aggiuntivo da corrispondere a loro, si possono utilizzare tutti i servizi. Noi avevamo optato per questa villa perchè dopo aver girato una settimana a nord nell'Oman e mangiato sempre fuori, abbiamo voluto fare la spesa e cucinare noi a casa per goderci anche un po' l'intimità che questa soluzione offre. E l'abbiamo sfruttata al massimo, non potevamo scegliere di meglio! Con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge la spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni gratuiti a disposizione. Sabbia bianca e morbidissima e mare splendido. Davvero una super vacanza. Ringraziamo l'host che è stato così gentile da permetterci di arrivare qualche ora prima del check in e sostare 1,3 dopo il check out. Cordiale e veloce nella risposta. A disposizione anche seggiolone e box bimbi qualora fosse necessario. Insomma uno spettacolo !

Sehr unangenehmer Geruch den man schon an der Eingangstür wahrnehmen konnte... Liegen an der Außenfläche verrostet und Pool mit nicht sauberem Wasser
