La amplitud de la habitación y de la casa en general, la localización en Umm Suqeim 2 y la posibilidad de usar una cocina compartida con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y utiles de cocina. Además el personal nos atendió muy bien, cuando tuvimos dudas o peticiones.
Las obras del centro comercial que están construyendo en la playa han afeado las vistas desde la casa, es una pena. Dentro, habría que hacer correctamente alguna pequeña reforma en el baño.

The location is amazing, right on the street. Sure there is a lot of construction in the area but this did not disturb at all. They are developing, which is good. Beachwalk right outside, cafes, restaurants, transport, all is perfect.
Lighting outside main gate could be better, but could be due to construction in the area. The rooms, with names and floor plan on a laminated paper on the outside door: Could have been either lit up, or in brighter papers, but existing guests was very welcoming and polite in guiding to the correct entrance (2 entrances to chose from). Perhaps have an option for Beach-towels? I did not find any, but it was not offered in the booking either, so no complaints. Other accommodations nearby offer umbrella and Beach towels, so perhaps a good idea?

Es ist sehr hellhörig, keine Privatsphäre, Leute die die Küche benutzen haben die Tür nicht geschlossen und es entstand ein sehr großes Geruchs Problem.
