Ótimo apartamento, bem espaçoso, bem localizado. Qualquer coisa que eu precisei perguntar me respondiam sempre no mesmo momento, ótima equipe que me deu assistência para o que eu precisei. Com certeza quando voltar a Fortaleza ficarei nesse apartamento.

Extrem schlecht und ist auf keinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen! Ebenso ist die Vermieter Agentur dringend auf ihre Leistung

Das einzige die Lage ist ok!

In kurzen Worten, dieses Apartment dürfte in diesem Zustand nicht vermietet werden! Die Möbel alle veraltet und schmutzig! Im Wohnzimmer keine Klimaanlage mit einer Temperatur von ca. 50 Grad tagsüber und Abends nicht viel weniger! Klimaanlage ging nur in einem Schlafzimmer gut und im anderen sehr mangelhaft! Keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher zum wechseln! Bei der Kaffeemaschine war die Kanne oxidiert!Aber das schlimmste ist die Agentur die dieses vermietet, nur leere Versprechungen, Inkompetenz pur , normalerweise nicht tragbar als Vermieter eines Hauses!was mir andere Mieter bestätigt haben ! Zudem treten Sie auch sehr häufig auf der Reklamationsliste von der brasilianischen Liste auf! In kurzen Worten das Apartment ist furchtbar und man sollte es nicht mehr vermieten!
