Katastrophale Zustände, eklatante Hygienemängel und absolute Service-Ignoranz trotz hohem Reisepreis
Positiv: Die Lage am See ist schön. Das ist aber auch alles.
Negativ:
Dieser Aufenthalt war eine absolute Zumutung. Die Ferienwohnungsbetreuung arbeitet rein automatisiert – ein echter Kundenservice existiert nicht. Unsere schriftlichen Mängelrügen am Anreisetag wurden komplett ignoriert und telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Stattdessen wird man vollautomatisch mit standardisierten Texten bombardiert – gipfelnd in einer E-Mail nachts um 3 Uhr nach der Abreise, in der dreist nach einer positiven Bewertung gefragt wird, während die echten Beschwerden komplett totgeschwiegen werden.
Für die Frechheit, 30 € extra für den Hund zu verlangen, bot die Wohnung 464 einen desolaten Hygienezustand: Spinnenweben an den Fenstern, Haare auf dem Geschirr und extrem verdreckte Zahnputzbecher.
Die Wohnung gleicht einer Abstellkammer: Schränke und Ablagen sind vollgestopft mit Werkzeugen, Lacken, Ersatzteilen der Agentur und Putzkram. Das Mobiliar ist defekt – der Sessel ist von unten komplett zerfetzt, die Besteckschublade fällt heraus, Balkonstühle sind unbrauchbar. Schlimmer noch: Die Dusche ließ sich nicht kälter regeln (dauerhaft zu warm) und beim Einstellversuch blockierte der Regler und es floss kochend heißes Wasser. Lüften war kaum möglich, da das Oberlicht gesperrt war und die Balkontür nachts nur einen Spalt weit gesichert werden konnte. Die gesamte Anlage hat den Charme eines „Lost Places“. Hier wird das Geld der Gäste abgegriffen, aber keinerlei Leistung erbracht. Nie wieder!
