Well designed and spacious room with fantastic, huge balcony with expansive sea view. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Spa facilities in basement very inviting, especially the “blue grotto” inspired pool is a great idea.

Water temperature in the outdoor pool on 8th floor was too cold to swim in, even in mid September. Hotel entrance on street level is a bit too discreet to find for first time visit, and street lobby is too dark and a bit small for the overall scale of hotel above.

From the moment of arrival the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Breakfast included in package, hot/cold buffet and made to order eggs. The rooms were clean, spacious, with a well stocked mini bar and complementary tea/coffee/water. Climate control kept the room at a comfortable 22 degrees - as it was mid 30s while we were there. Our room had a balcony which over looked the busy Main Street, full of people even at 4am, noise not a problem though due to double glazing. The pool was on the 8th floor with complementary towels and couples loungers with full or none sunshade depending on your preference. There was also poolside drinks and food you could order from your phone to be bought to you. Our check out was 12md, but our flight wasn’t until 9pm. - no problem, full use of hotel facilities for the day, the looked after our bags, provided showering and changing facilities and arranged transport back to the airport.

Good facility good room and view, very nice and helpful staff. It is the highlight of our trip in Malta!

If I’m being picky, the entrance is a bit underwhelming and sometimes elevator can be confusing. But other than that it’s great.

How long it takes to get to the hotel from residences. Three lifts and a walk. Issues with the room re. Lights, safe not working. Bathroom toilet and bath are cheaper plastic. Very busy spa if the weather isn’t good
