The first floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area with a pull-out couch (140 x 200 cm), air conditioning and direct access to the terrace, which is furnished with seating and offers views of the pool and the surrounding landscape. Furthermore, the first floor comprises one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony (10 m2) offering views of the countryside, and a bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a double bed and shower and WC integrated into the room, and a further bedroom with a double bed and an integrated shower.
