Disappointing

Location

Dirty, broken table, bathroom doesn’t lock. And to prove that it wasn’t cleaned, they called me after checking out saying that they found a set of keys (which weren’t mine), probably forgotten by the guest who stayed before me. They didn’t let us do an early check in or late checkout ‘for cleaning purposes’ I wish I can upload all of the pictures

Very average stay in prime location

Location is perfect as it's tucked away from the chaos but still in the heart of the hub.

The process of attending without someone to meet us there felt a bit odd. Multiple couples who were trying to access their rooms had issues in not receiving instructions and were left waiting outside trying to resolve it so we assisted as best we could but was just inconvenient. Luckily for us we had no issues accessing our room. Cleanliness was very average and towels were not in the best shape.
