Great base for exploring the local area and heading up to Gorleston Beach with the family. Accommodation was good value and enough for a short stay, with access to the swimming pool. The host gave detailed instructions for checking in. We had a great few days!
Not enough plates/cutlery for a family of 5. Worth restocking some of the basics.

Fantastic property, and support from the owner. Great location - 70 yards from an indoor heated pool and only another 10 yards from the cliff for an epic sunrise 🤩. Love the cliff stretch and serenity I found there in both the night (star gazing) and early morning (watching the sunrise out of the sea!). Easy check in. Beds were comfy. Had to descale the kettle but otherwise the kitchen had everything. Definitely coming back and recommending others to try coastal retreats.

Location was great, could use the swimming pool for as long as you wanted rooms were a good size.
No gate on decked area and with a dog this meant she had to be on lead or we had to block the door. Sofas very hard suits some people but I prefer softer.
