Location was fab, only 5 mins walk to the slopes and literally next door to the supermarket so no complaints there at all.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and each person was given a single very slim pillow which basically meant you had zero head support. This kept us awake each night and we really needed our sleep after skiing all day. Stayed in Levi many times and this has never been a problem. The lounge area could do with a sofa rather than two ikea chairs, it meant the family couldn’t all sit together in the evening. The lounge area didn’t feel comfortable at all and cosy at all and the log fire has been decommissioned which was a bit disappointing. The apartment was generally clean but we had to put on our own bedding on which was provided and the mattress protectors weren’t completely clean and had some hairs, after travelling all day this was a bit of a pain. It could have come prepared for us, perhaps this is something they do there, but never experienced before. Finally, and this is me being extra picky but useful if you are dodgy with stairs. Walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs in ski boots is incredibly dangerous, they were very very slippy and the hand rails are practically non existent, Nearly went over a number of times. Apologies if there’s any typos in this but I am speaking into my phone whilst travelling.
