Pleasant.

Should put numbers on the lockbox as we had to try all of them to get the key. Confusing for an elderly person.

Dusty property & not clean

The location was convenient.

The entire property was very dusty, there was a lot of hair on the bed and bathroom floor. It looked like the bed was not cleaned. All the items had dust on them. I have sinus and my stay was ruined. I would've left the property if I saw the hair all over the bed, it was too late. I was disgusted.

Would definitely stay again .. so many perks .. and Bryan was lovely

How fast the manager made contact and the beautiful gardens across the road.

The floors were a little creaky but that's the only complaint. It was lovely.

10/10 great communication with home owner. It was very clean, stylish, spacious and the location is stunning. Reason

Fantastic location and a big spacious apartment.

A funny damp smell in the kitchen/laundry but was easily fixed by opening the windows :)
