We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful, cozy, and very well equipped — it really has everything you could possibly need. We especially appreciated all the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary snacks, water, wine, and other little extras that made us feel very welcome.
A special thank you to Natalya, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. She always replied to our messages almost immediately and was always happy to help with anything we needed.
The location is also perfect. Nice-Ville train station is only about a 5-minute walk away, and the L1 tram stop is just a couple of minutes from the apartment, making it very easy to get around the city. The Promenade des Anglais and the seafront are also only about a 10–15 minute walk away. What we particularly liked is that the apartment is close to everything and very well connected, while still being far enough from the busiest areas to remain quiet and peaceful.
We were a group of girls and found the apartment extremely comfortable, practical, and lovely to stay in. It is also beautifully decorated and feels very welcoming.
Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

Ideally situated.
Close to the train station and yet no more than a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais.
Clean, very well appointed and air conditioned.

Truly exceptional hospitality by Natalya. Right from the thoughtful goodies, wine and excellent coffee beans at arrival and personalised walkthrough of the place to the app-based guidance on everything in and around the property to accommodating our request for late checkout and even dropping our bags to the station!!! The property itself is so tastefully done…every little bit of detail felt like the host lives there themselves. gave us a lot of ideas for own home decor back home. Location is also unmatched and perfect for our itinerary to explore Cote d’azur by train.
