L’appartamento è bello ed è molto utile il garage.
La cucina è molto ben attrezzata.
La piscina è poco pratica, non ci sono lettini o ombrelloni a bordo piscina. La posizione è vicino al porto ma per raggiungere la spiaggia o il centro del paese bisogna camminare 1 km ca.
Il letto è piuttosto scomodo e il divano letto non è adatto per due persone.

Die Lage in Meernähe war sehr gut, mit dem Nachteil, dass von der Wohnung aus kein Blick auf das Meer vorhanden ist. Leider ist die Wohnung im Frühjahr (April), nicht sonnig, was schade ist. Die Lage für den Einkauf ist sehr gut, Geschäfte zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Auch das Zentrum von Saint-Raphael ist in 20-30 Min Fussmarsch gut erreichbar. Die Nähe zu den Sehenwürdigkeiten Côte d'Azur, Esterel Gebirge, Nizza (mit ÖV oder Auto) haben wir geschätzt.
Wie oben erwähnt, ist die Wohnung im Frühjahr, sicher auch Herbst nicht sonnig, was nicht ideal ist. Im Sommer schätzt man sicher die kühle der Wohnung, wenn draussen die Sommerhitze ist (haben wir an der Côte d'Azur schon erlebt). - Die Betten hatten leider eine schmale Matratze, was bei grösserem Körpergewicht ein Nachteil ist. Wir haben den Vermieter informiert, dass dieser Umstand verbessert werden sollte. - Die Stühle an der Essbar sind je nach alter nicht die ideale Lösung.
