No breakfast.
Street was packed with cars - lucky to get a space.
Value for money - only wanted a roof and bed.
Nothing. It was what it said on the site.

Room was comfortable and clean but I was in the front downstairs room and the curtains don’t fully obscure the room / street causing a privacy issue.
Being a HMO the demand for the single bathroom is high.

The actual room I was staying in was a good size and clean. There was tea and coffee making facilities, a television and clean towels left in the room which was also good. The shower was warm and a good pressure although the toilet bowl was dirty. A toilet brush would be good idea.
The kitchen felt a bit abandoned. There was very little crockery or cutlery and there were pots lying around. The most worrying aspect was that the magnetic lock to the door to my room did not lock and also the main door to the house was constantly left on the latch as every time I returned to the house it was open. It felt unsafe to sleep in and I was worried about leaving my belongings in the room when I was out.
