Lindo depto, muebles nuevos, excepto una cama. todos los accesorios para cocinar, buen baño. Buena ubicación. Seguro.
Tiene hasta lavarropas. Aunque no usamos nada eso lo tenía.
Un poco complicada la comunicación, tardaban en responder. La 3° cama tiene un colchón muy viejo, muy fino. Las almohadas viejas también.

Muy espacioso para una sola persona, comodo, lo que se ve en las fotos, es tal cual, en todo momento antes de llegar y al retirarme siempre dispuestos a ayudarme con las dudas. Todo impecable, como seguro tambien. Cerca del obelisco y de lugares muy clasicos de la ciudad. No hay dudas que volvere a alquilar el lugar nuevamente. Gracias por el servicio!
En silencio absoluto, quizas el sonido de la heladera, a la madrugada, entiendo que esta mal calzada o vibra, pero despues te acostumbras. (hilando fino)

Excelente ubicación, el Dpto está muy bien cuidado y limpio. Está muy bien equipado y las personas a cargo muy atentas.

The location of this place is really great. Being so close to Corrientes Avenue is a big plus if you're into theater and those late-night bookstores. Plus, having the subway station just steps away makes getting around the city super easy. It's also nice being near a bunch of cafes, supermarkets, the awesome Teatro Colón, and other cool spots. Even walking to the fancy Recoleta neighbourhood from there is pretty enjoyable. And on top of that, Ana was always there to answer my questions and explained everything really clearly.
One thing that wasn't so great during my stay was the constant noise from the elevator. You could hear it every time it stopped on pretty much any floor, which was kind of a pain since I'm sensitive to noise.
Also, I had a couple of issues with the building's key card. One time, it just stopped working, and I had to wait for other people to go in or out so I could get in. They fixed it, but then it happened again.
The second time was way worse. I went out at night and when I got back after 10 PM, I couldn't get in. The street was dark, and every time I tried the door, this really loud alarm went off at the entrance, I guess for security. It was seriously disturbing because of the constant alarm sound. Someone who's really sensitive to noise, like an autistic person, would have been super stressed out. I contacted the host, even though it was late, but by the time she replied, I'd already had to pay 98 USD for a night in a hotel – I didn't have any other choice. I ended up wandering around with Google Maps, trying different hotels until I finally found one on the fourth try. It was a really unpleasant and expensive surprise that I hadn't planned for. The host did try to sort things out, and the key worked again the next day, but the whole experience and the extra cost were a real downer.
