This propert is perfect for those who want to have easy access to Perugia, but not stay in the city.

This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Perugia. It had all the facilities we needed; clean and welcoming; comfortable beds. Very thoughtful touches, such as: soap and shampoo in the bathroom; plenty of croissants, juice, milk and coffee provided for breakfast. The property has windows on all sides so you can enjoy some lovely views; despite being on the outskirts of Perugia it has a beautiful view across to other higher, rural areas in the Perugia region. It is situated on a main road, with a bus stop opposite, but is quiet at night. The host was extremely helpful and welcoming.

It would be useful to have clear information of bus timetables and transport links to and from Perugia, with a map to walk to the mini-metro - once we worked the route out it was very simple. We had problems getting from the coach station to the property on our first day because of confusing information provided at the bus station. The host was extremely helpful and came to collect us after we had got a taxi to the wrong address. If you are using a taxi or public transport ensure that they know the full address at Santa Lucia Strada - there is another guest house with the same name about 20 minutes outside of Perugia.

Purtroppo essendo su una strada di gran passaggio il rumore delle macchine è abbastanza forte. Con le finestre chiuse migliora effettivamente ma non del tutto.
