Excellent position for Dartmoor walking and close to a local supermarket and fantastic ice cream shop. Was travelling for a meeting in Exeter and combined this with our walking.
The accommodation was small but perfectly formed with all you need

Such a unique studio and such a good use of the space. So clean and cozy. Perfect for what we needed for two days. Lots of utensils and bed was very comfy. Very unique

Decorated & fitted out to a high standard.
So much smaller than the photos perceive.
I went with my best friend. No extra bedding for the futon until we told the owner, friend ended up using her own sleeping bag.
Owner disturbed us twice whilst we were eating our dinner, which you can clearly see through the windows.
Apparently dogs no longer allowed. Booking.com states clearly that they are & I messaged the owner when I first booked.
Not great but ok.
