Very small and extremely noisy at night. We had to leave after the first night.

apartment was recently renovated

I booked a studio apartment advertised as 37 m², but in reality the space is much smaller. It looks more like a converted garage with a small room, a mini kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment is also on the ground floor. The main problem is the noise. The air conditioning motor is installed almost inside the room and it is very poorly insulated. When it turns on, it makes a very loud noise, making it difficult to sleep. If you turn off the air conditioning, you need to use the ventilation fan to circulate the air, but that is also very loud, so resting properly is almost impossible. Our experience was very negative, especially because we were traveling with our one-year-old daughter, so being able to sleep at night was very important. We had booked three nights, but after the first night we decided to leave. After a long communication with the owners (who seem to manage the place through an agency), they told us that if we checked out before 12:00, they would refund the remaining two nights. The refund was made, but we still had to find another place at the last minute, which was quite stressful, especially with a small child. The apartment has the basic things needed for a very short stay, but the space is extremely small, definitely not close to the advertised 37 m², and the bed is not very comfortable.

Bien en general, pero los colchones incómodos restan mucho al descanso.

Buena la disponibilidad de cocina y menaje para poder hacer vida. Muy buena limpieza sin malos olores. Buen baño. Amabilidad de los trabajadores. Buena localización a 10-15 min del casco histórico.

Los colchones, creo que es lo más importante para un alojamiento. Es como si no hubiese colchon, directamente tocas el somier. Al preguntar si se podía hacer algo al respecto, nos ofrecieron amablemente cambiar de habitación con mejor colchón, pero fue exactamente el mismo en una habitación más pequeña. Nos sentimos engañados, pues si se nos dice que no hay otra cosa mejor lo habríamos entendido, no hacía falta "complacernos".

Estaba todo limpio el apartamento..la habitacion todo ordenado..sabanas..la cama todo limpio. El aire acondicionado muy bien.

El tema de las llaves..que el acceso no era facil..algunas veces funcionaba las llaves que son virtuales..tuve que pedir un codigo..pero igual unas veces abria y otras no.

Limpieza, orden, mobiliario. En general todo está muy bien.

Las toallas blancas estaban amarillas, el colchón de cama era muy fino. El sistema de abrir puertas a veces falla.
