Dobre zadbane mieszkanie. Bardzo cicha i spokojna okolica - na spokojnie da się spać z otwartymi oknami. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona: zmywarka, garnki o różnych rozmiarach. Dobry układ mieszkania - idealny dla rodziny z dziećmi. Samochód da się zaparkować pod blokiem.

Łazienka wymaga dopracowania – brakuje uchwytu na słuchawkę prysznicową oraz zasłony prysznicowej. W praktyce oznacza to konieczność mycia głowy jedną ręką, jednocześnie pilnując, aby woda nie rozlewała się po całej łazience, co jest po prostu mało komfortowe:)
