Il punto di forza è sicuramente la posizione, con un bellissimo affaccio sul teatro dell'opera. La stanza è molto piccola ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono, tuttavia con qualche piccolo sforzo di manutenzione in più potrebbe essere da 10. L'host ha sempre risposto velocemente e le istruzioni per il self-checkin erano chiare. Internet super veloce. In definitiva buona soluzione ma solo per soggiorni brevi.
L'interno del palazzo è in condizioni quasi fatiscenti ed a prima vista può impressionare, tuttavia la camera è ristrutturata e moderna. La manutenzione però lascia a desiderare, ci sono tante piccole cose che andrebbero sistemate a partire dal pavimento in laminato che è tutto rotto. Nulla di grave, ma è un peccato perché basterebbe poco per sistemarla...

Easy to get to the apartment with tram from Bratislava train station. You have everything you need at the apartment. Beautiful view from the French balcony. Comfy bed, elevator in the building. Walking distance to old town and the historic view points. There is a supermarket near. All the communication with the owner was perfect, he gave information how to find the apartment so it was easy to find it. I highly recommend this apartment. Best of the best.

we really liked the location, and the View on the Opera is Amazing! The parking in front of the apartment was very easy and the Host was very friendly! Wifi worked great, and the host sent everything in advance, and helped us to figure out some questions concerning parking. very nice.
Quite a few things why we would not come back,. First, the entrance to the apartment in the basement looks and feels horrible. (Steel and Aluminum Walls), and it looks like opening a Door to an Industrial refrigerator. - Not very welcoming basement entrance, especial when you arrive late in the night (and maybe alone as a women). The Apartment was okay, but its looks much bigger on the pictures. There is a ugly green carpet, covering up some piping, and it was a little annoying when going to the bathroom. The Door to the Bathroom need to be fixed, it very hard to close it properly. bed sheets and towels should be white to know its clean. (but it was clean) - The lightning is not good in this apartment, there is no soft/warm light or good lamps, very bright, not adjustable. overall, okay, but not worth the price we paid.
