Perfect location - in a pretty, central area of the historic centre within about 15 mins walk of all the major sights and the station. Lots of atmospheric places to eat and drink close to the accommodation. Room was nicely appointed, spacious and very clean. It was good value. Communication was good and we were able to leave our bags before the room was ready and after we checked out.
The bed and sofa bed were fine, but not super comfy, bed has a bit of a sag. But that's a small niggle. Overall, it was great :)

Posizione ottima, alloggio spazioso e pulito, buona insonorizzazione
Odore sgradevole dal wc e cucina scarna

The location was absolutely impeccable, you’re close to everything but the street is absolutely not noisy neither is the building. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, really charming and clean. What truly made a difference was how absolutely lovely the women taking care of this place are. They helped us with everything, they were very welcoming and accommodating they even helped us find lost jewelry ! Would completely recommend this place.
