Location, beds are comfortable and clean, rooms are fresh
No curtains on bed, not enough bathroom and shower, shower is not enough clean and nice, no water heater in kitchen

The staff were helpful, the place was decent for the price, location is good. It's a a good place to stay for budget travelers who don't mind some inconveniences and a cramped or crowded hostel and smaller common space. I stayed a few days then asked for a refund for the remaining days to move to a more comfortable apartment. I did meet some nice people there. The place and facilities were kept relatively clean considering how crowded it was.
It does not look and feel like the photos; it's way more crowded and cramped than the marketing pics (during summer). There were 8 beds in a very small room. The common area is quite small for a hostel with this many guests. With 3 people and 1 cooking the kitchen/common area would be full. The smells from cooking would overwhelm the area, (Depends on guest cuisine of course)
The power outlet for my bed was broken. I told the staff, but it was not fixed or looked at while for several days while I was there.
I asked for a refund for the remaining days to leave early, but staff told me no at first, and to try going through booking.com to resolve it. In other words, not initially accommodating.
The staff were friendly and always happy to talk and chat, but fixing and addressing problems less so. It was an okay experience, good considering the price, but would be nice to know what you're getting in advance.

The location is good
The bedroom has a wall made of glass blocks that looks onto the staircase hall, where there is a light that is always on and shines directly into the room. It makes absolutely no sense — it’s as if the bedroom had the light on all the time. It’s impossible to sleep like that.
