Comfortable, well-equipped 1BHK just a short stroll from Colva Beach!
We had a great family stay at Goa Beach Apartment. The setup is ideal for anyone looking for convenience and self-sufficiency close to South Goa's coastline.
What we loved:
Spacious & Well-Equipped: The 1BHK unit features a large living hall and two generously sized balconies. It comes loaded with modern amenities, including a washing machine and a fully functional kitchen setup—making it perfect for families.
Society Amenities: The common swimming pool in the complex was clean, functional, and well-maintained. A dedicated parking place was also available.
Prime Location: It sits right along the main approach road to Colva Beach, about a 7–8 minute walk to the sand. Supermarkets, fresh vegetable stalls, grocery shops, and several good cafes and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
Host & Service: The caretaker is warm, courteous, and approachable. A bit more promptness and proactive attention to ongoing maintenance and guest coordination would elevate the stay from good to exceptional.
Final Verdict: Overall, a comfortable, value-packed family stay in a walkable, vibrant part of Colva. Would gladly recommend it!
The condition of the common lift facility was not good. Society must look into the matter

The apartment had cooking facilities plus fully automatic washing machine , which is very essential, when staying near a beach.
Check out time should be mentioned at the time of check-in or a day before.
