The decoration was lovely, we especially loved the wallpaper. The host was great and even let us leave our bags for a few hours after checking out so we could enjoy the rest of our day. We enjoyed that the accommodation was central whilst being quiet. We also enjoyed being able to watch the tv as a group.
One of the beds was broken in the first room. Also, this may be personal preference but the duvets were very thin considering it was late october when we were staying. You could put the heating on to help but there was no instructions so was a lot of trial and error with that! There also was only really room for 3 people to sit comfortably in the living room which was a shame for catching up/ watching the tv as a group.
The touch pads on the doors to get in were extremely tricky compared to ones I have used previously. We were all in our 20s but were struggling to use it as we couldn't properly see the keypad. You have to put two different codes in to get into the apartment so its something to consider if you have difficulties with your vision or motor system.
Lastly it was worth mentioning the upstairs tenants were incredibly noisy, carrying on making loud banging/ running noises all through the night and at the early hours of the morning.

Clean and tidy.
Comfortable bed. Had a lovely sleep.
Great location.
Limited parking time on the roadside.
No tea towel provided to dry dishes, unless this was an oversight.
There was an iron, but no ironing board available, unless lolcated outside of apartment.
Overall, had a lovely stay at Bromwich Heights. Will definititly stay again and recommend.
Thank you.
