The villa was modern, spacious and really well laid out. We were holidaying as a family with a grandparent, so having the accommodation spread over two levels worked perfectly, giving everyone their own space while still feeling like we were all together. It is worth noting that the steps to the bottom level apartment are external but there aren’t many steps and they are well maintained.
The villa was very well equipped, particularly the kitchen, which had everything we needed for cooking, including plenty of utensils and even a good selection of herbs and spices. Having a washing machine and dryer was also really handy, particularly when travelling with a young child.
The pool was fantastic and a real highlight of our stay! It is the same depth throughout, and our four year old could stand comfortably in it, which was brilliant and meant he absolutely loved spending time in the pool.
The villa is located on a hill, and on our first day we walked down to Burriana Beach. The walk back up was quite tiring, especially in the heat. However, after contacting the property management company, we learned about a set of steps that offered a much quicker route. There are quite a few of them, we counted 141! but we found them very manageable, even my mum, who is in her late 60s, had no problem with them. Once we discovered the steps, getting to and from the beach became much easier.

Spacious, beautifully presented, has everything we could possibly need as a family! Comfy beds, lots of storage, huge tv for cost nights , lovely balcony - we had the holiday of a lifetime here ( we stayed for a month this summer) and would highly recommend
The only thing I would say would be , be aware that this property sits on top of over 150 steps, we had family who were in their 60s stay with us and they did struggle up and down - but no complaints for the property itself, it was amazing !

Very clear instructions on keys, location etc. The apartment was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I'd recommend to others and would stay again. There are quite a few steps to walk up to the apartment from the beach so it may not suit older people or anyone with a physical disability.

The apartments were spotless and well kitted out.
Very comfortable, loads of space, plenty of towels etc
Quite a lot of steps from the Main Street but that kept us fit!
Option of a later check out and not having to bring rubbish down to bins would have been nice, we would have paid a small fee for both of these
