Good location, only 7 minutes walk from Syntagma square with a little supermarket, bars and cafes close by. Very clean and modern interior. Good, clear information about check-in and helpful host.
No kettle - we like our cups of tea! But able to use a pan on the hob so not a real problem.

Процесс заселения у нас прошел великолепно: заранее пришла на WhatАpp четкая инструкция о локации квартиры, как добраться, как забрать ключ, рекомендации о кафе и барах. Мы останавливались на три ночи, но в любой момент могли получить ответы на наши вопросы. Чистая, современная квартира со всем необходимым. Удобный матрас. Отличный набор посуды для приготовления пищи, кофеварка, электрическая вафельница. Есть лифт (мы жили на 3-м этаже). Расположение тоже порадовало: ко всем достопримечательностям Афин минут 10 пешком, до метро Sintagma - 7. Нам любезно разрешили выселиться на пару часов попозже ( у нас был вечерний авиарейс). И все это - при умеренной цене. Рекомендую.
Все очень хорошо. Мне не хватало вида из окна. Все окна выходили во внутренний двор. Но это не сильно мешало.

Great location near Syntagma, and happens to be close to a few lively bars (I recommend Alchimiste). Property very clean, nice comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom.

The bathroom was good looking, AC was funtioning well as well as all electrical appliances. Centric location. The host left some sweets and coffee.
The shower had almost no water, the water pressure was very very low, it was really difficult to have a proper shower.
The building was very old, the common areas were not very well taken care.
It is a noisy area on the weekends, due to lots of bars. Music could be heard in the apartment.
