My room did not have a window, which made me feel claustrophobic. I will stay again but will request a window.
Security guard Wayan was a gem. So nice and helpful.
Lack of window. Hot water was only warm on 2 mornings.

Location. Was close to old quarter, pharmacy, cosmetic store etc. Receptions were friendly and professional
If you are in the city for two days, or you’re out of hotel most of the day-the hotel would be ok, but I don’t recommend it for longer stay unless you like rooms with no windows. The AC works only when the card is inside so it was bit inconvenient.

All staff were welcoming and friendly especially the security guard Wayan he was very comforting respectful and caring.

The location is great for partying also close to the airport and it’s good value for money.
It’s really not clean there are stains everywhere on the towels, bed sheets also on the floor and walls.
