Ein absoluter Ort der Ruhe und super nette Menschen von denen man umsorgt wird. Chanaka ist immer erreichbar und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen. Vinita ist die gute Seele des Hauses, sie bereitet jeden Tag ein leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, kümmert sich um Haus, Garten und Wäsche.
Fazit: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen 👌

Sehr gute Kommunikation. Freundliche und bemühte Gastgeber. Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft vorhanden. Wir fanden die Unterkunft geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Anlage und Wohnung wurde täglich gereinigt. Die vorbeifahrenden Züge haben uns nicht sonderlich gestört.
Die Unterkunft ist aufgeteilt in
1. Schlaf -/ Wohnbereich und
2. Küche, Esszimmer und Bad.
Beides getrennt durch einen Gang, der zu beiden Seiten nur Gittertüren hatte..
Esszimmer/ Küche sind daher recht offen, es fehlte an einer Tür. Die Küche war leider auch nicht so sauber wie det Rest der Wohnung.
Der Pool ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Wasser war etwas trübe trotz täglicher Reinigung.
Die nähere Umgebung war etwas dreckig.
Die Schlafzimmer sind recht klein, es fehlte Platz für die Kleidung, für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt aber nicht weiter schlimm.

The villa was perfectly suited to our goal of doing academic work away from home. The house is very stylish and cozy, which is especially important for a longer stay. The private pool is a particularly valuable way to cool down for guests coming from colder climates.
The house and the garden were kept in excellent condition at all times, and laundry was done whenever we requested it. For breakfast we were served fresh juice and typical Sri Lankan dishes. The hotel owner also brought us local fruits and sweets to taste. In addition, he helped organize trips to various attractions and showed us places we likely would not have discovered on our own.
The railway is nearby, but you get used to the sound of passing trains very quickly (train traffic is not very frequent). The Wi-Fi can sometimes be a bit inconsistent, but any issues are resolved quickly.
