The location was nice and the food was good. The pool was our fave!
The resort itself needs an update. Some of the rooms were not well maintained and for the price it was disappointing to deal with broken doors and locks.

Camere molto pulite, bella vista sul lago, musica, colazione abbondante, letto comodissimo.
Nessuna segnaletica per raggiungere la struttura, spazio antistante la reception poco curato, molto personale disponibile e gentile ma in alcuni casi scarsamente preparato. La piscina principale è pulita ma le altre sembrano in stato di abbandono.Nel complesso, tuttavia, la struttura funziona e garantisce i servizi essenziali.

I loved the hotel, the staff and activities. The rooms are large and comfortable. It was such a beautiful experience . The IT team went an extra mile for me to work. Every staff member was professional yet friendly. I will definitely come back again.
Unfortunately there was a water pressure issue which the hotel was woken on resolving. Alcohol is quite expensive so you might want to carry some then top up there. Wifi is limited to the rooms which I suggest they allow residents to have access everywhere on the property and only charge hourly rates to day visitors. This can already be included in the room rate.
