The information does not correspond to reality

Pool area

The pictures gave a stunning impression, but unfortunately, the reality upon arrival was far from it. The villa is advertised as having four bedrooms, but this is completely false. It is actually a house made up of two separate apartments. We were traveling with two children and a grandmother, and such a setup with two separate units did not work for us at all. When communicating with the management company, they showed no interest in our concern and said that in Greece, many houses are like this – as if that was our problem. Additionally, there are an overwhelming number of mosquitoes. All the rooms are constantly full of them, even if you don’t open any windows during the day. There are also black ants in the kitchen, and you have to be very careful so they don’t end up in your food. One day someone came by to ask if everything was okay. I mentioned that the bed sheets were so small that you constantly end up sleeping directly on the mattress. I asked for them to be changed, as it’s not pleasant to sleep on a used mattress cover. No one cared, and no one came to replace the sheets as promised. There is also a noticeable smell of dampness in the house, and I wouldn’t go back even if someone paid me. A very unpleasant experience.
