We had a wonderful stay at High Garden! It is an amazing place with a fantastic team, especially Mr. Raminda and the Front Manager, whose hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable.
This was the warmest welcome and the best service we received during our stay in Sri Lanka. Everything was perfect — the food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was excellent. The hotel also has a swimming pool and sauna, although unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to enjoy them.
Overall, it was a truly memorable stay. A special thank you to Mr. Raminda for his exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He is genuinely one of the best people we had the pleasure of meeting in Sri Lanka.
Thank you once again, Raminda! We will definitely be back with our entire family.
Highly recommended! High Garden is truly a special place.

We had a wonderful time at the High Garden Hotel with our friends. We received a warm and friendly welcome, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with tea and coffee available. The room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the town and the lake.
Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, with excellent facilities and outstanding staff. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay and would especially like to thank the entire staff. They truly deserve full marks! Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and always available whenever we needed assistance.
We were particularly impressed by their flexibility and willingness to help. Whether it was arranging transfers or preparing lunch packages for our journeys, the team went out of their way to make everything as easy as possible for us. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The atmosphere among the staff was also wonderful, and it was lovely to see such a friendly and positive team spirit.
The food was also very good, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
As a small suggestion for improvement, we would like to mention the cleanliness of the room when we first arrived. There is a little room for improvement in this area. In addition, it was difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower – the water was either very hot or cold. The sink drain was also quite slow.
Despite these minor issues, we would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent service, warm hospitality and all the help you provided us. Thank you so much for everything, and keep up the great work!

Room and swiming pool.
I stayed in many hotels in Nuwara Eliya, such as Jetwin, Aralia Red, Araliya Green, and Aralia City. Once we entered, I was offered a welcome drink and given an explanation about the facilities. However, the food was not up to the required level and needs improvement.
