The location of the hotel was excellent, and the view from the room was beautiful. The room was very well equipped and had everything needed for a longer stay, making it comfortable and convenient throughout my visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again.
I moved the bedside table to retrieve something that had fallen underneath and noticed that the area had not been cleaned. Overall, the room appeared clean and tidy, but a closer look at some corners and less visible areas showed that they could benefit from more thorough attention and cleaning.

We really loved how attentive and helpful the staff was. They were there to assist us with everything and made our stay easy and comfortable.
The room we were staying in smelled of smoke so much so we couldn’t sleep at night. We spoke to the manager about it and were able to be moved to another room.

Comfortable bed. Quiet during the night. Clean overall.
WiFi not working properly (I’m a remote worker and sites like Notion or DuckDuckGo didn’t open reliably sometimes not at all): spent too much time trying to make it work, even their IT guy helped one night, the staff eventually was unable to make it work and when I asked them to fix it (also in the interest of future guests), “we can’t.” Not a good attitude and not a good customer service experience. Because the Internet wasn’t working well, I left the place one day earlier then booked. In other places where I stayed and in a local coworking space, internet was fine.
Four minor things:
1. I’m used to hotels offering to clean the room and sheets every day, offering not necessarily doing, but they never offered, they said it was “on request.”
2. The breakfast is fine but you need to know that you essentially get a lunch bag with a sandwich, a juice pack, a yoghurt, salad, marmelade. Again, it’s okay. But don’t expect a place where you eat breakfast. That also explains why breakfast is only from 10-11 am although I did get my breakfast even at 12pm on my day of checkout. So, if you know that it’s a bag that you get, it’s fine.
3. When I entered the bathroom on my first day, the shower gel dispenser was broken, meaning: it was only superficially fixed with tape, and that “fix” broke when I had pressed it a couple of times to get out of it. I told them about the broken dispenser once, no reaction. I told them about it a second time, then they fixed it with new tape and they promised they would fix it properly, which they and then it worked again. Good job here!
4. The apartment door didn’t close properly. So it happened twice to me that I returned to my apartment and the door was open. The first time it’s possible that I didn’t close the door properly. The second time I’m sure I closed the door properly, but the door was open when I returned.
