La ubicación, bien de tamaño, estuvimos 4 personas alojadas cómodamente. Pese a que la habitación da a la calle está bien insonorizado.
Nos llamó la atención que no había microondas y es incómodo el casillero donde se recogen las llaves. Se supone que va con un código y se abre, pero es complicado. De hecho a la salida tuvimos que dejar las llaves en un buzón, en lugar de en el casillero, porque nos fue imposible abrirlo. Lo cambiaría, puede dar problemas.

This area have a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants right there.
The metro is nearby.
It’s a 20-minute walk to the East train Station and
a 30–50 minute walk to the city center.
The apartment is very small—just a place to sleep
—and has low ceilings. It’s a bit noisy during the day and well into the night. We had trouble with check-in; we messaged and called, but the staff didn't respond for two hours. (I’d suggest sending photos, too, as it wasn't entirely clear which door to use.) We stayed for just one night; I wouldn't recommend booking this apartment for an entire vacation.
