If you don't want your holiday ruined, avoid booking this property

I tried contacting the host before arrival but received no response until the morning of check-in. The message contained instructions for a lockbox where the apartment keys were supposedly stored. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and discovered there was no lockbox at all. We then had to spend time trying to reach the host. Keep in mind that it was already after 5:00 PM, even though check-in was available from 3:00 PM. When we finally got hold of the host, we were told that the apartment was not ready and that we would need to come back later. This was particularly unacceptable given that the temperature outside was over 35°C and we were travelling with suitcases. While we were waiting, someone arrived and informed us that the apartment still needed to be cleaned after the previous guests. The cleaning took only about 20 minutes, which raises serious concerns about how thoroughly it was done. To make matters worse, dirty towels were left in the washing machine, and I am not convinced that the bed sheets had even been changed. The overall level of cleanliness and organization was completely unacceptable. A very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Very clean and well located apartment

Comfortable and very clean apartment. Location is great.

Bath towels are way too small. Although the Booking listing mentions that it includes Wi-Fi, that is not the case. It was not a big deal for us, but it is simply not right to mention something that the apartment does not provide.

Cèntric i còmode.

La situació, en ple centre. Tens de tot al voltant. L’apartament petit però bé, el menjador i l’habitació netes. Està equipat amb tots els utensilis de neteja i bany.

La cuina, rentaplats i rentadora no estaven gaire nets. Tampoc els utensilis de cuina.

La situació, en ple centre. Tens de tot al voltant. L’apartament petit però bé, el menjador i l’habitació netes. Està equipat amb tots els utensilis de neteja i bany.

La cuina, rentaplats i rentadora no estaven gaire nets. Tampoc els utensilis de cuina.

Un apartamento con muchísimo encanto y cuidado al mínimo detalle. La ubicación es sencillamente inmejorable, ideal para moverte a todas partes con total comodidad. Además, viene equipado a las mil maravillas, no le falta de nada; te sientes como en casa desde el primer minuto. Una joyita de sitio al que da gusto volver después de un día de turismo.

Las almohadas y el colchón del sofá se podrían mejorar
