I would definitely return for a fun weekend. Loved the space!

Very clean. Excellent location. Great communication.

The only thing I would have liked to be different is an extra blanket or two. We chose this location because we had a party of 5. We were using the pullout couch. No blankets.

7 / 10

Convenient location.

The location was great. It was clean. It was difficult to know who to converse with via email....Booking.com, Paramount Properties, the owner.

It was not a comfortable or inviting feeling. Very stark and minimal. Could use a chair or two in the living room. The bed in the master has a broken board on the left side underneath, so the mattress is falling through. Not comfortable. The amenities were sparse. There was only 2 coffee cups and 3 regular cups in the whole place. There was no wash cloths in the second bath. The complimentary hair and soap products were below budget cost.

Was comfy easy to get the the places we wanted!

The place was roomy and comfortable!

Had some stuff left by pervious people but nothing major!

This property is a scam, NOT CLEAN, and not even worth looking at!!!

We liked the property due to the close proximity to Progressive Field and Jack Casino

The property was NOT clean. The pictures online did NOT give a good description of the property. Furniture was very cheap, the beds were absolutely awful. No hand towels in the bathroom either. Keurig cups on the counter, and the coffee machine needs a filter and grounds, but looks similar to a small Keurig. Room was 82 degrees when we arrived. The code to unlock the door did not work when we arrived. We were not told when booking about having to either pay $40 for “damage insurance” or be forced to put a $250 deposit down which would not be returned for a week. The entire property was NOT clean!!! We had to clean the shower the best we could before even showering. The worst part was when we called the property manager she acted like she was bothered and that she insisted the property was clean and nothing was wrong. I am filing a complaint to get my money back!!! This was the worst downtown Cleveland property I have ever stayed at. We will never stay again!!!!!

"Convince was key for us, we were working walking distance from the job, found a spot from free parking on most nights, we were able to cook and not have to eat out every day. Host was always available..."
