We loved absolutely everything about this property! From the very beginning, everything was exceptionally well organised. The instructions were detailed, clear and precise – from how to get there, where to stop to unload our luggage, where to park, all the way to where to dispose of the rubbish before checking out. Everything was made so easy and stress-free.
The apartment is beautifully located right in the heart of Vicenza’s historic centre, with a wonderful view. It is spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated with great taste, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, and having air conditioning in every room made the apartment wonderfully warm and cosy, even though it was already quite cold outside.
We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome: fresh fruit, still and sparkling water, and even a bottle of champagne waiting for us. Although we don’t drink champagne and stayed for just one night, we truly appreciated this lovely gesture. It made us feel genuinely welcome.
And of course, a special mention goes to Monica, the owner, for her kindness and hospitality. You can really tell how much thought, care, time and effort she has put into making everything run smoothly, from the very first communication before check-in right through to check-out.
Everything was simply perfect. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended – we would happily return!

Emplacement totalement exceptionnel. Hôte très serviable et attentive à notre confort. Appartement meublé avec goût qui change des lieux beige impersonnels.
L'équipement dans la cuisine pourrait être un petit peu complété et le canapé lit pour les enfants est un peu vintage pour le matelas du moins. Mais sinon parfait.

Location is great if you want to be walking distance to restaurants & coffee shops.
It was not a major disruption although it can get noisy because it is a main hub for entertainment.

Fabulous location with a view into the Basilica! Everything in Vicenza was easy walking distance, perfect!
The apartment was dark, described as a Palazzo but although the rooms were large it was sparsely furnished, the kitchen had limited facilities, we had to ask for a baking dish, there was no strainer and no washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs. almost all of the appliances had an adaptor, the one used for the kettle melted!
