Umgebung schmuddelig, viele Mülleimer in engen Gassen, Spielcasinos direkt gegenüber dem Eingang, Ausstattung spartanisch, Bad ohne Ablagen und Handtuchhalter für 6 Personen ungeeignet, Nachttische und Lampen fehlen,

Heaet of the old town center. Cafes & restaurants nearby. Even a supermarket ~5 min walk.
Directions for finding the outer door could have been a bit clearer; I tried the front, but it was really around back. Soved within minutes!

Warning: The building is currently undergoing major renovations.
The apartment is spacious and functional and centrally located for easy access to Schwabish Hall Mitte.
Unfortunately, due to the major construction going on, which included scaffolding over the entire building, a crane at the front and tradesmen working from 7:30 to 3:30 with various tools and machinery, it was not a nice place to stay. We had to keep the windows closed to keep out the dust and noise, curtains closed so the tradesmen couldn’t look in, and avoid many tripping hazards on the two flights of stairs to the apartment.
It was disappointing that the owners didn’t warn us prior to our arrival.
Once the construction is finished, this will be a good apartment for a couple or two friends staying together, but unfortunately it doesn’t look like that will be happening for another few months.
