Fix the checking in procedure and provide clearer instructions with photos

The instructions for checking in were not helpful at all, they were not clear and left us wondering around asking for help. It doesn’t make any sense. The area is dangerous at night, it was not safe to walk around by yourself. The windows did not close properly and the shower drainage was clogged. The sofa is highly uncomfortable

Overpriced, uncomfortable, and poorly managed

It was close to the theater I needed to be

For more than €100 a night, I expected significantly better. The “bed” is a sofa bed, and the metal bar underneath is extremely noticeable and uncomfortable. Sleeping on it was genuinely unpleasant. The shower also leaked heavily, leaving a lot of water on the bathroom floor, and the TV had no remote, so it was basically unusable. The area felt very rough, especially early in the morning. I had to leave around 5:30am for a flight, while it was still dark, and there were drunk people outside and rubbish all over the street. I did not feel comfortable walking around alone with my luggage at that hour. The key system made things even worse. The keys have to be collected from and returned to a Keynest location around a 12-minute walk from the apartment. I had already done that walk with my luggage on arrival after around 12 hours of travelling. Expecting guests to do it again when leaving, potentially very early in the morning, is unnecessarily inconvenient and in my case felt unsafe. A simple coded lockbox at the property would solve this completely. Between the uncomfortable sofa bed, leaking shower, unusable TV, rough surroundings and inconvenient key collection, I really do not think the apartment justifies the price. Would not stay again.

Not recommended for accommodation

A 15-minute walk away is a metro station, from which you can reach the main attractions. Blackout curtains. A good shower.

1. The flat is located in an unsafe area. It is dangerous to walk around at night. 2. At night (3 a.m.), someone was knocking on the flat door, ringing the doorbell, and walking around the stairwell. It was unsafe and frightening. These two men only left when we said we would call the police. 3. Very inconvenient check-in (you have to walk 15 minutes from the house to get the key) 4. Terrible communication with the flat owner. He doesn't respond for days, and if something breaks, he won't fix it. 5. Hygiene products were provided in single-use sizes, even though there were two of us living in the flat. you have to buy additional toilet paper, for example, with your own money, if you stay in the flat for more than 2 days. 6. The microwave wasn't working, and the landlord didn't respond to messages or try to help fix it.
