Super appartement d’une propreté irréprochable et pied dans l’eau. Il est extrêmement bien équipé avec tout ce dont nous pouvons avoir voir besoin pour cuisiner et nettoyer. La terrasse est splendide. De plus, la communication est fluide avec le gestionnaire du bien grâce a sa réactivité. Je le remercie d’ailleurs pour la qualité de l’expérience.
- La chambre secondaire est équipée de lits individuels alors que nous étions deux couples. Lorsque nous avons collé les deux lits, l’un était plus haut que l’autre ce qui n’est pas agréable pour dormir confortablement.
- Le wifi ne dessert pas les chambres.

Appartement tres cosy, dans une résidence calme avec piscine et en face de la mer. Sécurité 24/24 et parking facile. Super déco et totalement équipé.
Accès et accueil facile et contact avec l'agence tres efficace (via whatsapp).
C'est une remarque pour une amélioration éventuelle : prévoir un service de ménage régulier durant le séjour.

Apartamento precioso, muy bien equipado. Climatizado. Terraza enorme, piscina muy bonita en una zona ajardinada, proximidad de la playa.
La calle que va de la autovía al apartamento está bastante mal.
Hay que disponer de coche para poder moverte con comodidad: ir al super, tiendas, restuarantes...
La playa que hay delante del apartamento no es muy bonita.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Good layout, very good security. Well maintained gardens. Heated swimming pool. Great location mid way between Estepona and Puerto Banus and with a number of beachfront restaurants within easy walking distance. Properties are literally straight onto the beach with both sea views and mountain views
Several light bulbs were not working. We briefly lost water supply one day and on our final day we had no hot water. The pool area and the pool were not kept clean. There was a large population of nesting birds and some days the sun loungers, the surrounding paving and the pool water itself had a large amount of bird droppings, bugs and leaves - In our 13 night stay the pool was only cleaned once to our knowledge and the pool cover was broken which added to the problems.
