The caravan was lovely, spacious and well decorated. The facilities only lacked a shop on-site. The beach is very close by, as are shops/entertainment in Ingoldmells. The site is a short drive/bus journey from Skegness. What really made the trip worthwhile was the pre-visit interactions with the owners. They were very helpful and extremely approachable. We felt like we were the guests of friends, not a faceless person/organisation.
The only negative was a little noise in the evening. This was purely due to short term visitors to the site. The other owners were very helpful with questions we had on site.

Hosts Sam and Tracy went out their way to make sure that we were comfortable and to accommodate us. My Family and I had a brilliant Holiday. Thank you.
I had a problem with shower with been very hot but Tracy put me right about it. There was a safety function on it which she told me how to use. So this was my fault.

Very impressed, very cozy and comfortable caravan. Slept really well both nights and topped off with the lovely shower
Enjoyed the morning duck visits, very thoughtful to leave us some duck food, kids loved it ๐
