Thomas has been doing this for a while. He has his place figured out. It is a great location in Golden, the bed is comfortable, the place clean and he has furnished it with what you need. We stayed a month and it worked very well for us.

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights leading up to a concert we attended at Red Rocks. It was perfect for what we needed. Just as described in the listing and within easy access of everything we wanted to do. Golden itself was great too. Lots of things to do. We especially enjoyed the downtown area for some light shopping and the Clear Creek tubing was really fun too. We enjoyed the Grill Cantina and Golden Mill restaurants/bars. If you want to do the Coors tour, make sure to make reservations before your trip! We didn't so we will have to do that activity "next time".
