About this house rental

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Built in 1890 this single family home holds historic touches while maintaining modern qualities. All three bedroom are located on the second floor. Enjoy being walking distance from most major downtown restaurants and bars, boutiques and wedding venues; while also being close to UD, the airforce base and all most of the major hospitals. You'll enjoy your time in this quite neighborhood.

Beautiful house. In a great location and had everything we needed/wanted! The only suggestion I have would be to add some curtains to the upstairs bedrooms just because they let in so much light but otherwise everything was more than perfect!

Home was very clean, modern and well appointed. Owner provided a nice variety of snacks and other items far beyond the expected basics. Parking on the street was no problem, there were plenty of spots. The house is very spacious. We were very comfortable here and would highly recommend.

I wish we would’ve found this home sooner than on our last weekend stay in Dayton. It’s very close to Dayton’s campus and in a cute historic area with a coffee shop on the corner. It was a quiet and relaxing place to stay.
