The location is perfect, and the apartment is nicely located in the historic centre, in one of the grand palazzi, with a lift to the third floor. The apartment is full of character and has been tastefully furnished with antique and vintage furniture. There are nice views across the roof-scapes of Foligno. The kitchen is well equipped.
1. The apartment was quite noisy at night, both from the street below and from the neighbouring apartment - poor sound-proofing meant that neighbours' conversations could be heard, and even snoring in the early morning.
2. The apartment needs some care and maintenance: a) in the kitchen, the clock did not work and several glasses and plates were dirty and needed re-washing before use; b) in the bathroom, the water pressure in the shower is so low that effective showering is difficult, the toilet roll holder had broken and lay on the floor, the two towel rails were loose and falling off, and the bathroom scales did not work; c) in the sitting room, the armchair needs re-springing and the cover of the sofa is stained and needs cleaning.

L’appartamento era molto carino, peccato che per una fuga di gas e un problema di sicurezza ci hanno spostato in un altro appartamento molto meno bello di quello che avevamo scelto e prenotato
