The apartment is very spacious and suitable even for a large family. The sea view is very pleasant, and the building itself was quiet, which made our stay relaxing.
There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms, and it worked very well. Communication with the owner was also very good. When we reported a leaking sink, he was very responsive and immediately sent someone to fix the problem.
The building itself is quite old. Although the apartment has clearly been renovated, several details could still be improved. The sofa had several large stains, one of the bathrooms was out of use with a handwritten note asking guests not to use it, and one sink was leaking when we arrived. The owner was very responsive and immediately sent someone to fix the problem.
The cleaning had been done, but only superficially. It was clear that someone had cleaned before our arrival, but the floor was not very clean.
There is also no dedicated parking. There are only around five or six parking spaces directly in front of the building, and they are usually occupied, so you may have to park further away depending on your luck.
