Very friendly staff were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Old school key to lock the door. Nice hot shower. All for only 12.50 USD
Neighborhood is a bit loud but that's what happens when you stay in the middle of a crowded city.

I stayed in a simple room (in a simple hotel), located close to the central Kathmandu.
- kind and helpful staff,
- clean facilities,
- quite comfortable bed,
- AC/heating working properly,
- hot water (but not immediately)
-It was a simple room, nothing fancy, but good for a few nights,
- it is located near the street/bar with live music, so it was quite loud in the evening,
- the hotel is not offering breakfast.
