Relocated to better appartment to be closer to friends, which was happily accommodated by reception staff for extra pay. Nice hotel complex with lovely pool and spa.
Well equipped kitchen.
Awful wifi, didn’t work at all in our area.
Kitchen cleaning expected as part of check out.

We had an excellent stay of 1 week. The residence has great facilities and very friendly and efficient staff. The only improvements I would have liked are:
1. A change of towels mid-week
2. Better quality and a range of bed pillows (the ones we had were thin and lumpy).
The Samoens area is excellent. With a wide range of things to do for a family and a great village centre.
