We were four guys needing a one night stay prior to a liveaboard dive trip and this unit was ideal for our basic needs. There was one Queen sized bed, two double beds and one pull-out sofa bed. Perhaps I failed to communicate that there were no couples in the group so there was no bedding provided for the pull-out. Sophie (our host) did reply to my Whats App inquiry but I had already gone to bed. Not a big deal but just be clear on your needs. Other than that, she was very responsive to my inquiries. The condo is reasonably equipped but there isn't as much in the way of glasswear and wine glasses as depicted in the photos. There is a washing machine for longer stays. Some of the storage cabinets could use repairs to pull knobs or full replacement so not a five star review. A car would be very useful as the location is close to shopping or a range of restaurants. We did locate a Kareoki bar that was walkable and there is a small variety store right next door. It is not a resort property but is a functional, clean and fairly priced condo for larger groups.

The apartment was modern, new-looking and very clean. Having a full bath for each bedroom was wonderful. Gated property located about 10 minutes’ drive from Grace Bay. The owner, Sophie, was friendly and helpful. I will stay here again!

Condo was used as a one night transition to Middle Caicos. Beds were comfortable. Location was close to the ferry. Parking is easy. Use the google maps app to find it.

The place is on the main street, close to stores and Grace Bay area, but you need a car. Furniture is very outdated, the place would need refresh and we had bugs in the kitchen, so keep your food items closed. Communication was good, the owner came to bring is more sheets and a blanket when we needed. I would say the bugs were the worst thing, all other stuff was not that important for us.
