La situation de la maison au milieu des montagne, au bord du torrent.
Les vitres sales du séjour.
L'écoulement de la douche était bouché le deuxième jour.
J'ai du faire de la plomberie à 6h 30 du matin, et démonter l'écoulement puis nettoyer la rigole et le tuyau d'écoulement
encrassé.
le manque de linges cuisine.

Villa in a magical location
With the sound of river water and surrounded by nature
Large space where the kids can run wild
- Sometimes there was a sewage smell in the shower
- Very little toilet paper/paper towels
- No soap in the bathroom at all, let alone shampoo etc.
- One trash bag and one dishwasher pod – so if you really want to cook at the villa, you need to prepare in advance

The property is as beautiful as the pictures suggest. Lovely position/view, excellent facilities and very clean and new. Three spacious bedrooms, a huge kitchen, lounge, diner and excellent bathroom/shower facilities.
I've stayed at multiple Air BNB's and Booking.com locations (Genius level) and have always prided myself on being an excellent guest and being very respectful of hosts' properties. With the majority of hosts, communication is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. With this property it felt like the complete opposite. Everything was a chore for them! Clipped responses, little or no flexibility on check in. Check in on arrival is 5pm, 11am checkout on the day of departure. If you're coming for a quick weekend skiing it means in practice you can't ski on the day of arrival nor the day of departure. Not the end of the World but a factor.
The location is pretty and on a (free) bus route but 2 miles out of Morzine and getting information on location and the need for a hire car from the host was nigh on impossible. How hard would it be to say you're on bus route E and there's a stop 300 yards from the property?
A couple of evenings we were in Morzine around 9pm and it was almost impossible to get a taxi/Uber back to the property. It can be walked but takes a good 30-40 mins and the road has very limited pathways and traffic can be quite fast.
The accommodation has two double rooms and one room with two bunks (4 beds). Innocently I must have stated 3 adults on my booking instead of 4. On New Years Eve I mentioned this to the host who insisted I go through booking.com. This was logistically very challenging and stressful the day before departure and when I'd paid full price and the property could clearly accommodate 6-8 people.
All in all we had a pleasant trip inspite of the attitude of the host. These should be easy fixes with a little better communication and a change in attitude when guests are spending so much money on your property.
A little helpful information on bus routes/car hire would also go a very long way.
My advice to guests would be to seriously consider hiring a car.
