This stay was good. The facilities and state of the room were overall good and the cost was fair. The owner was very nice and left some water and soda for me, as well as sent her son to help me with the door.
The location of this stay is not the best. The neighbourhood feels somewhat dangerous as there was sometimes people yelling outside the house. The bed is right by the door and so you can hear every sound outside at night including cars, yelling, and bottles smashing. Also, for some reason, the garbage men seem to always empty out the bins at 11pm each night which would wake me up every single time.
Also, the air-conditioner did not work but since it was autumn I did not suffer too much.

La localisation est parfaite pout se promener dans le quartier historique et pour rejoindre la place Garibaldi (métro, bus et navette aeroport).
J'ai apprécié que le propriétaire a pris de nos nouvelles pendant le séjour.
La porte d'entrée est très sécurisée.
La douche avec le pommeau fixe en haut n’est pas très pratique et la douche est vraiment petite. La rue est bruyante à cause des ramassage de poubelles.

The location is good, close to the train station and easy to get to the old town. The price is good for a quick visit of a budget traveler.
I traveled in January and it was cold in the evening, there's a small heater but was not enough.
