I like the property because of the location and easy access for the facilities, it’s a security system and their customer service are responding to our request.

Only I felt they needed more manpower because the day I was checking in the number of staff was less but I appreciate the help and job she did, I was looking for her to tip her but couldn’t see her after the day.

The location of the property is really good, with lots of options for food and coffee steps away from the accommodation. There are bus stations right next to the property that connect you to a lot of central points in London. You also get a coffee discount for the cafe on the ground floor which is nice. The location is generally safe for south London. As for the room, the WiFi worked great and the windows had great sound isolation (important for the street side rooms as it’s located in a quite central noisy road). The bed was comfortable enough.

The hallways and the room had a strange smell due to the humidity. Our room was way too small even for two people, with nowhere to sit on hang your clothes except a dingy broken down closet. I didn’t use the tv. The bathroom in our room had problems with humidity and cleanliness (a lot of dust in the fan!) and the lack of a shower curtain meant there was no way to shower without getting water all over the floor. I’m sure it was a slight misunderstanding, but we booked the room because we thought there would be basic kitchen equipment available in the rooms (mini fridge, kettle), which we didn’t find in our room. We asked the owner about it and he seemed unaware of the fact. After asking for a room with at least a mini fridge to store food, we never got a response. Keep in mind to clear these things up if it is important in your case.
