The location is very good. On a very calm street, but less than 5min walking from the main road and 100m from the beach.
The room has been recently renovated.
The room was fully equipped with fridge and kettle and both AC and fan and the WiFi worked really well. The water pressure was very good and there was hot water, even though it wasn't needed as it was hot.
The entire staff, specially the manager Mr. Pravin Bhalerao was very lovely and helped us have a good time there. They even booked a tour and helped us with our itinerary.
The bathroom door didn't lock from the outside, only from the inside, so it stayed just a bit open. We were worried about the bugs, but none came in.

It is quite good. Clean and comfortable. Food is enjoyable.
Staffs are very co-operative. Owner takes care about your need.
Sea is really near, only few steps from the stay. Good value for money.
Do not book sea-facing room, you cannot see the sea from there as expected.
Do not book car through the home stay, it will cost more than the market rate.

The location is absolutely great, just a two minute walk from the beach and in walking distance to the main road with tons of restaurants and shops.
The room itself truly has everything you need including a well functioning smart TV, which I particularly appreciated. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and made my stay be easy and uncomplicated. Can highly recommend!
